Ian JBought a Citroen C3 Picasso back in January on behalf of my son, Ive waited until now to review it just to see how it worked out. I have to say its been faultless. Used for long and short journeys, London to Brighton and Brighton up to the north west and around the area. Always a bit wary buying second hand cars but the customer service at Moores was excellent, everything taken care of very efficiently, a pleasure to deal with. Son is very happy with it.
Maria K5 Stars..........Fabulous.....No issues at all, it's fabulous. I had to drive a older car which was becoming increasing concerning on longer distances so I was ready for a newer different car. After looking online, I saw Moores had good reviews, my dad was in the area checked them out too and he was really impressed with them with the service. They really go above and beyond to provide a good service and were very friendly too. They delivered the car personally to me and very honest which gave me a lot of information. It'll be good for other people to get the same good service as it can be difficult trying to navigate buying a car.
George MThe Ford has all been fine, I'm made up with it, especially compared with my last car. I had a Citroen C3 which seemed to be quite an unlucky car for me, I had that much trouble with it, so I couldn't get rid of it quick enough! The only issue I had was to do with the tax I had to write to them to say that Moores had taken it as part ex so I had to sort that out. I used to work for Ford for 30 years, driving past I'd seen the B-max with low miles and just thought I'd go for that. If I needed another car I'd buy from them again!
Joanna BCars Brill, its lovely, I had an old 2011 Qashqai and just needed something a bit newer plus when it was a bit battered and banged when I got it so just wanted something better. Moores had a couple of cars in that I wanted to look at, I never been to them before and when I saw the Skoda I just decided there and then I wanted it. It was nice to have no pressure, they just gave us the keys, left us to it and said if we need anything give them a shout. If they had the right car I'd definitely choose them again.

The guy I dealt with mainly, was helpful, wasn't trying to mess me around just made the process straightforward from start to finish. I got a Ford Fiesta, been using it here and there and everything is running how it should. Would 100% recommend.

I would give them a 10 out of 5 across the board they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, my Grandson Jack who has the car is so pleased with it and enjoying it very much. It was great to have such a pleasant experience together. I found Moores to be very attentive, nothing was to much trouble, they were perfect. Would 100% go back to them!

I will say that my experience Lived up to the reviews, quite a few of them mentioned how great Andy is and honestly he was. Such a nice guy, very helpful, didn't try to push for a sale. I would rate my experience a 5 star!

The communication from start to finish was excellent. The guy at the dealership always kept me informed, and I could reach him on the phone whenever I needed. There were no delays or waiting around. Even the delivery driver kept me updated when he was on his way, which was great and definitely gave me reassurance about buying from them. The car arrived in lovely condition. Nothing looked out of place or wrong to me. I'm really pleased and love the car.

Peter HI have had no problems with the Skoda Yeti I purchased. The dealership offered a good level of customer service, and I got to go on a test drive. I would potentially return to them if they had a car I was interested in.

The day I got back from holiday, the Suzuki Swift I bought was delivered to my house at 8:30 the next day. It was really easy to get used to, and the salesman explained all the features. He also gave me a booklet with everything I needed to know.

Heather C5 ++ Stars..........I'm really happy with my Honda Jazz, it's been doing really well so far. The customer service was excellent, and Andy went above and beyond to help. My old Honda Jazz, which I had for 20 years, needed major repairs, and I was in a real dilemma. Andy kindly contacted someone on my behalf and arranged to have it scrapped, which he didn't have to do, but it was a huge help. This is the second car we've bought from here, as my dad got one last year, and Andy even remembered. Fantastic service and a great experience overall.

My friend kept looking on auto trader and scrolling through the different cars for sale and came across Family owned moores car centre in wigan, read the great reviews and decided to go and have a look at some of the cars for sale . We was looking at a seat arona and Andy came to us and asked us if we needed any help and then left us to have a look at the car no pressure on us at any time we decided to have a think about the car and went back 5 days later for a test drive and Andy was very happy to answer any questions we asked and drove the car to a quiet area for me to have a test drive, excellent customer service loved the car and bought it . Andy sorted every thing for me and even went the extra mile when we went to pick the car up what a great person to deal with I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others 5 stars service.

I spoke to and dealt with Andy; he was very friendly and helpful. They had recently had my Clio in, so I took it for a test drive, and it went well. The dealership then fixed any pre-existing issues and gave my car a MOT. My uncle then went down again and had a look at it.

This made me feel valued as a customer regardless of my age. I do have a little rattle in the boot, which they are looking at for me. It could be the loose things in there, but they would have a look regardless. Even after the sale they still value you as a customer.

The dealership was very professional, polite, and easy to interact with while asking about the car. They were very open about service history and provided a very detailed check list. The car was clean inside and out, and it was well presented.

Andy and the staff at the dealership were great. There's a really chilled, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy. Everyone clearly knows their stuff and were great to deal with; really efficient! The staff were brilliant, and we actually arranged for delivery without seeing the car, so on the day, the courier was super helpful in giving us the time needed to inspect the car and even take it on a mini test drive prior to accepting, so we really didn't feel rushed. The car is driving mint and exceptionally well, so I really have no complaints. The customer experience overall was spot-on. Plus, the wife is happy, so that's always a bonus.

Andy provided me with six months warranty when I bought my Citroen DS3 so as soon as I knew there was an issue with the car I rang him to let him know, he was so helpful and he could not have been more apologetic about everything. I bought a Tiguan from him a month or so ago, the price was right and I had owned one before that had seen me through many miles so it was a no brainer! It appears that the four wheel drive function on the car may not have been used very often as it has needed further attention but Andy was top in getting all this sorted for me. For me its one of those things it can be happen, what matters is how the situation is managed and on that front it has been spot on! I would have no hesitations buying from Moores again.

John M5 Stars..............I was recommended by my friend Paul, Paul owns taxi business and has used Andy for years for his taxis. I am also a taxi driver, I have been driving an Octavia for the last 10 years but was looking to swap this for something a little more reliable. Paul had a look at the cars in stock at the time and directed me towards another Octavia, when I inquired unfortunately the car had just sold, I'm not surprised It was a cracking steal! Andy then told me about the Skoda Rapid he had in so I came to take a closer look. Bearing in mind this car was 3000 pound cheaper than the original Octavia I had seen... Winner if you ask me! Andy took me for a test drive and noticed some background noise coming from the clutch he agreed to replace this with no quibble. He also knows the criteria for taxis very well he told me he knows the brakes need to be 100% so he put brand new brake disc's and pads on the Rapid for me. The customer service Andy and his wife provided for me was probable the best I have received when buying anything.... not just a car. Andy was recommended to me as just what he is, a nice friendly, family man that is so genuine. This guy really could not of been more helpful to me and I could not be happier. All pointers pointing in the complete right direction. I will continue to recommend to other taxi drivers and friends and family. When I say this guy knows his stuff... believe me.

The communication was brilliant, Andy kept me in the loop with things the whole time and I was never left wondering. If I called him he answered and if he didn't he would call me straight back. Very responsive and on the ball with that side of things. Ive not sued the car as much as I'd like as Ive been away, but what I have used (back and fourth to work) it was has been spot on. Ahhhh so brilliant they were, so so brilliant! I will never use anyone else now to buy a car. You ask these guys to do something for you and they do it the best they can. They will never try and put any pressure on you or anything like that. If I was to rate them out of 5 I would give them a 6 because they really are amazing. Moore's Car helped me with everything even my tax, I didn't know what to do so thought its best to leave it to the professionals. I love my car, the Toyota IQ, its a little thing but it is nippy..... Very easy to park I love it. I loved how clean and how nice my car smelt when I was driving home. I highly recommend this dealership to everybody.

A smashing dealership!! I didn't buy the car for me, I bought the car for my dad, I do most admin things now with my dad getting older. I did the test drive and dealt with most of the deal and I must say the gents were spot on, with everything they did. If it was right car right time, I would purchase another car in a heartbeat... I know when I'm looking to upgrade I will come here, its just that you don't buy new cars that often. Absolutely 5 stars from me and my dad, my dad is loving the car he's over the moon.

I bought the Peugeot 208 from Moore's Car Centre and wow, let me tell you a little a bit it. Firstly, what an amazing car, I am absolutely loving the wicked drive of it. It was a huge upgrade from my last car, like seriously.... I was driving a 1.4 petrol car and I've jumped to this 1.6 diesel bad boy. I'm glad the guys at the dealership let me sit in the car and showed me how to work the things inside before I drove away, there were a few things I was unsure about as I had never owned a car that is free on road tax and the staff at Moore's Car Centre really helped me out and explained in great detail. During the time I was at the dealership there were a few more things I was unsure about and they sat me down and explained everything and made sure I had full understanding of the things I was slightly confused about. Its not everyday you buy a car I guess. One thing I like about the car is the stop and start activation, I think its pretty cool. I only know how that works as I passed my test in a modern car that had it. I've not looked back since the day I bought the car and I will sing these guys praises all day long, they were truly amazing with me and I cant thank you enough. I don't think the guy who I dealt with at Moores Car Centre could have been nicer! When I popped down to view the Clio there was no pressure at all. I was able to take the car out for a decent test drive and fully inspect it inside and out. From my perspective, Moores are definitely a five star independent dealership. I love my Skoda Yeti and I feel so safe in it! There are very few blind spots in this car which is a huge tick for me â… I was fortunate to discover how easy this car is to drive on the test drive and felt like I was able to familiarise myself with all the futures in my own time at the garage (with Andy on hand to assist if needed!) There was a lovely and relaxed atmosphere while buying the Yeti, I am so grateful to have found this lovely place.

Florence FI've bought a Ford from this shop two years ago and the car was presented to me as " bullet proof '. After I put 22000 miles on the dashboard I can confirm that truly was " bullet proof". I went again in February to buy a Citroen part exchange with the Ford but because the both of us were looking to buy cheap and sell expensive I've sold the Focus by myself and we end up with a cash transaction. So far so good, I've put 1000 miles on Citroen dashboard and I can say that the car is according with the advert ( long way till I can confirm the " bullet proof " thingy). PERFECT HANDOFF due to COVID restriction, the staff wearing face mask, face shield and gloves. Well done guys. See you next time (-_-)

Great car buying experience
I was after a particularly difficult car when I stumbled open Moores car centre so spoke with Andy and secured it with a deposit and arranged to collect it a week later upon collection I was very pleased with both the level of professionalism which I was greeted with. The car developed a issue after a short drive from the garage. When I returned the car the level of concern and again professionalism set my mind at ease that the issue was minor and something that they would fix. A few days later they arranged for the car to be delivered at no cost. I have had the car just over a week and couldn't be more happier. Its a shame that they are so far from where I live as I would by all my cars from them they are small family business and this shows in their service and customer service. Many thanks

He got back to me the very next morning, (d emailed at night.) He even saved the car as I explained that I was definitely interested, but as I was travelling over 50miles, over 100mls round trip, I didn't want to arrive there for it to have been sold. He said if I was definitely going he would take it off the forecourt, and he did. The car was exactly as described and looked great. Was very clean and polished, in showroom condition. We went for a test run and I liked it straight away. I bought the car and so far very happy with it. I also purchased the 15mth extra warranty at a veru good price which covers just about everything including Emergency call out if I break down. He took my car in part ex too. A Very Happy overall experience and would definitely recommend them.

I recently got a 61 Reg Suzuki Swift from Moores Car Centre and all I can say is the biggest thank you to everyone at the garage. When you talk about perfect customer service, we should put this garage's logo next to the definition.
They looked after me at every step of the process, constantly updating me on what was happening and making sure that I did minimal work and have the confidence that they would do everything to exceed my expectations. To top it off, they even delivered the car for me on short notice.
I would highly recommend this garage as they are trustworthy, extremely competent, putting their customer's needs first and making the whole journey of purchasing a car smooth, stress-free and extremely exciting. If it wasn't for buying a car recently, I would definitely go back for another one, just to do the exciting journey again.

A few tweaks along the way and the car was ready for collection in just 3 days. Andrew was a gentleman, this guy goes above and beyond to ensure the buying experience is second to none. I had to remind my self that I'm paying for this car as I almost felt like it was a gift by the time I picked up the car.

JORDANTravelled down to Wigan from newcastle for the car so requested a true and thorough subscription of the condition of the vehicle, after having done the same at other garages to find they had lied and tried to hide things I was sceptical... When I arrived the car was exactly as described if not better! Andy couldn't do enough to help us, very genuine bloke, who gave a very good deal. They also offer a free 5 days drive away insurance policy which comes in useful. The warranty that comes with the car is extendable and had a very good coverage! I would happily buy again from here and would recommend them to anyone!
